- Lead and coordinate infrastructure-related IT projects across plants and business units
- Manage project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality targets
- Prepare and maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and presentations
- Coordinate infrastructure activities between plants, IT/OT teams, and external service providers
- Support infrastructure planning, rollout activities, and transition to operations
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical concepts and specifications
- Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live activities for infrastructure solutions
- Support IT audit preparation by sharing best practices and coordinating required resources
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and project teams
- Support business continuity activities and coordinate issue resolution during infrastructure changes
- Track project risks, quality, and progress, and provide regular management reporting
您的资料
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in IT project management and successful project delivery
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or related technical environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and manage complex systems and processes
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
- Experience coordinating EE-related IT or engineering environment deliveries
- Understanding of cross-team infrastructure and system integration activities
- Strong documentation and specification management skills
