We are looking for an IT Performance Manager to strengthen financial transparency, cost control, and performance reporting across our IT organization. In this role, you will act as a key interface between IT, Finance, Controlling, and Procurement, ensuring that IT budgets, costs, investments, and ERP-based financial data are managed accurately. You will support IT leadership with reliable insights, structured reporting, and financial analysis to enable informed decisions on costs, projects, vendors, and technology investments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong controlling background, solid ERP know-how, and an interest in financial steering of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• You coordinate IT budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across cost centers, projects, contracts, and investment areas. You monitor actuals against budget and forecast, analyze deviations, and prepare recommendations for management
• You create transparency on IT costs, including personnel costs, external services, software, hardware, cloud, licenses, projects, and vendor spend. You develop analyses on cost drivers, trends, allocations, and optimization opportunities
• You use ERP and reporting systems to extract, validate, and analyze financial data related to cost centers, internal orders, projects, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and commitments. You help ensure data quality and alignment with financial standards
• You prepare regular IT financial performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations for IT leadership and stakeholders. You also support monthly and quarterly closing activities, investment tracking, and financial governance

• You have a degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a comparable field. You bring experience in financial controlling, IT controlling, business controlling, or performance management
• You have strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and management reporting. Ideally, you also understand IT cost structures, technology investments, software licensing, cloud costs, and project controlling
• You are experienced with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, BW, S/4HANA, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• You combine analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style. You communicate clearly with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Controlling stakeholders and translate complex financial data into practical management insights
• You share a can do attitude and are able to communicate in English
