- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Győr site in alignment with the company’s growth objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to achieve ambitious business targets
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, industry partners, and internal and external key stakeholders
- Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and new growth opportunities
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and commercial performance
- Lead customer negotiations and support the preparation of customer proposals and contracts
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor sales performance and market developments and provide regular reporting to management
- Represent accelis Processing Europe at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs

- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing, processing, metals, automotive, or industrial environment
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships both internally and externally
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Strong intercultural competence with the ability to build trust and lead effectively in an international business environment.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required
