Summary:
As part of the custodial staff, is responsible for keeping production floors clean and free of oil, maintaining and cleaning of the maintenance cage to include the floors, machinery, refrigerator and upstairs office area. Maintains cleanliness of parking lots, back of the plant, outside of Technical Center to include emptying of all outside trash receptacles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans production facility floors using Zamboni, floor scrubber and dust mop.
- Cleans maintenance cage equipment and floors to eliminate unwanted debris.
- Cleans up emergency spills and handles minor emergency cleaning duties when observed and or requested.
- Washes outside and inside windows in the plant. Uses broom to remove cobwebs above windows and outside entry ways into the plant.
- Assists in the set-up, arranges tables and chairs in preparation for events and meetings.
- Supports the custodial staff when members are absent by filling in to empty trash bins and clean bathrooms and dining areas.
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possesses a stable work history and a strong personal desire to work safely and maintain a safe working environment.
- Accountable for personal performance and regular attendance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
- Proven team building skills and ability to coordinate activities.
- Solid record of exercising independent judgment & initiative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to deliver results.
