- Define and drive the global Environment & Energy strategy
- Ensure consistent standards and compliance across all Business Units
- Steer and organize the Energy & Environment Center of Competence
- Advise BUs and functions on regulatory and operational requirements
Performance & Improvement
- Drive energy efficiency and CO reduction initiatives
- Identify and realize cost-saving and performance improvement potentials
- Steer and track environmental and energy performance across BUs
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and auditable data collection as part of the CSRD
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with environmental and energy regulations
- Manage environmental and energy risks at group level
- Support ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 implementation and audits
您的资料
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Project management skills including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Data literacy including ESG-related KPIs, reporting tools, and validation processes
- Excellent communication skills across functions and senior leadership
- Matrix and cross-functional experience, ideally in industrial or automotive environments
- Deep knowledge of key ESG standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GHG Protocol, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy
- Strong skills in process mapping and standardization
- Fluency in English; German is a strong asset
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and Business Units
- Proven project leadership and execution capabilities in complex, international matrix environments
- High level of assertiveness and ownership, with the ability to drive topics end-to-end
- Expertise in project governance, milestone planning, and change management
- Experience designing and rolling out tools, templates, and training formats across a matrix organization
