Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive copywriter to join our team at tk accelis Materials Plus. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role is responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content that supports our marketing and communications objectives.This position goes beyond execution. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can independently lead content development efforts, conduct effective interviews with subject matter experts, and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content for a variety of audiences and formats.
Job Description
✍️ Key Responsibilities
🌐 External Marketing & Content Writing (This represents the majority of the role and requires a creative, strategic, and audience-focused writing style.)
Develop compelling, strategic content for external audiences, including website copy, blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, and social media.
🎤 Conduct stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews to gather information and develop accurate, engaging content.
Partner with the Marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business objectives, brand priorities, and audience needs.
🔎 Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify relevant content opportunities.
Ensure content consistently reflects established brand guidelines, voice, and tone.
💡 Proactively identify and recommend new content topics and formats that increase engagement and brand visibility.
Translate complex technical and business information into clear, compelling, audience-friendly content.
💬 Internal Communications & Content Development
Develop internal communications that inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization.
📣 Create announcements, leadership communications, program updates, and other employee-facing content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure messaging is accurate and clear.
Translate complex business and operational information into concise, easy-to-understand communications.
📅 Manage multiple content projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
🎯 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing communications, or a related field.
Experience writing for both external marketing and internal communications.
✏️ Strong writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts across an organization.
Ability to think strategically and develop content that supports broader business and marketing objectives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools preferred.

Job Compensation
