Process Documentation and Governance Alignment:
- Support definition, maintenance, and enforcement of procurement-related process governance standards across all procurement departments worldwide.
- Ensure all procurement processes align with corporate BPM frameworks, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements. Integrate audit, risk, and internal control requirements (e.g., SoD, DoA, ISO/IATF) directly into process designs if required.
- Conduct in-depth process analyses, process mapping tools and create and maintain procurement process maps.
- Ensure standardization across BUs and hubs
- Maintain and govern the central process repository, ensuring consistency, version control, and stakeholder accessibility.
- Embed compliance and regulatory requirements in process flows.
- Ensure link to corporate BPM framework.
- Interface to BU Procurement (BM or PD).
- Understanding the relevant BU Procurement needs and transfer them to global harmonized processes and regulations incl. customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead / participate initiatives to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities within procurement processes.
- Propose optimization measures based on the identified improvement needs and support Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize continuous improvement pipelines and ensure successful implementation.
Training & Support:
- Provide process trainings to procurement members for the implemented processes, documents and (tools).
- Act as the first point of contact for BPM-related questions and methodical guidance.
- Ensure organization-wide knowledge sharing across the procurement community. Eg. documentation libraries, training sessions and support.
Collaboration:
- Work with Process Excellence Team Lead on new workflows/processes, documents and harmonization projects.
- Interface with System Excellence for workflow/processes automation.
- Support BU teams in process adaptations if required.
- Close collaboration within the PXP organization to ensure smooth workflow changes.

- University degree (Business, Supply Chain Management or related field).
- At least 3 years of working experience in process management, supply chain or procurement.
- Experience with processoptimization methods and strong knowledge in business process modelling.
- Several years of experience in project management and project leadership is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of ISO/IATF, compliance and customer requirements.
- Experience with process documentation, governance and audit preparation.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional process requirements and identify process inefficiencies and derive improvement measures.
- Knowledge in end-to-end Procurement processes (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier Management).
- Ability to lead workshops and process reviews and strong documentation skills.
- Change management mindset and ability to guide teams through new processes.
- Resilience, confident manner, assertiveness and ability to convince others.
- Flexibility, strong social skills and excellent teamplayer qualities.
- Resultfocused way of working with good conceptual and analytical skills.
