- Lead the end-to-end transition of processes into the Global Business Center
- Drive process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units
- Embed global ways of working, documentation standards, SLAs, and performance management
- Support leadership in defining the long-term GBC transformation roadmap
- Lead structured change management activities to support transition
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to administrative and backoffice processes
- Identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and standardize processes to improve cost, quality, speed, and transparency
- Define and drive the automation and digitization roadmap for shared service functions
- Identify high-value use cases for RPA and workflow automation solutions
- Build and develop high-performing transformation and operational excellence teams
- Coach leaders and teams in problem-solving, lean thinking, and change leadership
您的资料
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance
- 10+ years of experience in Shared Services / GBC environments, with direct exposure to transitions
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Project management certification is an advantage
- Experience with ERP environments (SAP preferred) and automation platforms
- Strong English verbal skill is inevitable, German is a plus
- Strong consulting background (external or internal), with proven delivery ownership
- Hands-on experience leading early-stage GBC transitions or large-scale functional migrations
- Demonstrated experience in lean, operational excellence, or process transformation
- Proven track record in automation, digitization, and RPA initiatives (from ideation to implementation)
- Ability to operate effectively in a greenfield, high-ambiguity environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
