Master Data Governance
- Design and implement a company-wide Master Data Governance framework
- Define data standards, policies, roles, and responsibilities (e.g., Data Owner, Data Steward)
- Ensure data quality and establish monitoring and control mechanisms
- Harmonize and standardize master data across different systems
- Align requirements and ensure consistent data and system architecture
Data Analytics
- Develop and enhance data analytics structures and methodologies
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions
- Analyze business processes and identify data-driven optimization opportunities
- Support business functions with data-related inquiries and insights
Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Use Cases
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business processes
- Design, implement, and scale AI solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, forecasting, process mining, automation)
- Collaborate with business functions to translate business requirements into AI use cases
- Ensure data availability and quality as a foundation for AI applications
- Monitor and continuously improve AI models and their business impact
- Support the establishment of AI strategy and governance structures for the responsible use of AI
Project & Change Management
- Close collaboration with Business functions
- Train and enable business functions in the areas of Data Governance, Analytics, and AI
- Support change management in transitioning to data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working
您的资料
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in: Master Data Management / Data Governance, Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, AI / Machine Learning projects (preferred)
- Proven experience in building and operating Master Data Governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of data models, data architecture and data quality management
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering)
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured working approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in international environments
- Innovative thinking and interest in new technologies (especially AI)
- Intercultural competence and willingness to collaborate across locations
