  • Handling all administrative tasks related to CAPEX procurement (from budget verification of purchase requisitions to order confirmation checks)
  • Systematic maintenance of supplier and itemspecific data in the relevant IT systems
  • Maintaining the invoice database and tracking invoice approval and payment release (including management of bank guarantees)
  • Regular budget and payment status reviews with project managers
  • Continuous archiving of all relevant contract documents
  • Supporting management functions (organizing GPCs, supplier status meetings, etc.)

您的资料

  • Commercial training and professional experience in procurement; a university degree is an advantage
  • Practical experience with SAP, Lotus Notes databases, MS Office, intranet systems, etc.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written); German skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
