Wir verarbeiten die Daten, die Sie uns im Zusammenhang mit Ihrer Bewerbung zugesendet haben, um Ihre Eignung für die Stelle oder ggf. andere offene Positionen in unseren Unternehmen (sofern hier eine Einwilligung Ihrerseits nach den gesetzlichen Grundlagen erforderlich ist, werden wir diese zuvor einholen) zu prüfen und das Bewerbungsverfahren durchzuführen.

4.1 Bewerbungsunterlagen

4.2 Video-Interview

Rechtsgrundlage für das Durchführen von Videointerviews ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) EU DS-GVO bzw. oder die Norm aus dem nationalen Beschäftigtendatenschutzgesetz. Die Durchführung eines Video-Interviews ist in keiner Weise verpflichtend. Falls Sie kein Video-Interview wünschen, hat dies keine nachteiligen Folgen für Ihre Bewerbung; wir führen mit Ihnen dann ein Telefoninterview oder persönliches Gespräch. Das Video-Interview wird nicht aufgezeichnet (weder Bild noch Ton).

4.3 Hochladen Bewerbungsvideo

4.4 Erhebung personenbezogener Daten aus anderen Quellen

Im Rahmen des Bewerbungsverfahrens verarbeiten wir auch personenbezogene Daten, die wir nicht unmittelbar von Ihnen erhalten haben. Hierbei kann es sich insbesondere um öffentlich zugängliche Informationen aus dem Internet handeln, soweit diese für die Entscheidung über die Begründung eines Beschäftigungsverhältnisses erforderlich sind (z. B. berufliche Profile in sozialen Netzwerken wie LinkedIn oder XING, berufsspezifische Veröffentlichungen oder Informationen, die über Suchmaschinen wie Google auffindbar sind).

Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung

5. Wer bekommt Ihre Daten?

Je nachdem, auf welche Stelle(n) und bei welchem/für welche Unternehmen Sie sich beworben haben, haben die zur Besetzung von freien Stellen jeweils notwendigen Personen innerhalb des/der betreffenden Unternehmen, wie z.B. Recruiter Zugriff auf Ihr Bewerberprofil.

Sofern besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten innerhalb der EU/EWR i. S. d. Art. 9 Abs. 1 EU DSGVO verarbeitet werden, erfolgt dies auf Ihre Einwilligung Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a) EU DSGVO.

6. Wie lange werden Ihre Daten gespeichert?

7. Datensicherheit

Wir schützen Ihre Daten mit Maßnahmen zur Datensicherheit, die den gegenwärtigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften zum Datenschutz und dem Stand der Technik entsprechen (u.a. Firewalls, Virenscanner, Intrusion Detection Software).

8. Sind Sie verpflichtet, Ihre Daten bereitzustellen?

Die Bereitstellung Ihrer Bewerbungsunterlagen, die Bereitstellung Ihres Bewerbungsvideos sowie die Durchführung des Video-Interviews erfolgen aufgrund Ihrer Einwilligung. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre unter Punkt 9. beschriebenen Rechte geltend zu machen.

9. Welche Datenschutzrechte können Sie als Betroffene(r) geltend machen?

Sie haben das Recht Auskunft über die zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten zu verlangen, Art. 15 EU DS-GVO. Darüber hinaus können Sie die Berichtigung oder die Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen, Art. 16, 17 DSGVO. Ihnen kann weiterhin ein Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten sowie ein Recht auf Herausgabe der von Ihnen bereitgestellten Daten in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesbaren Format zustehen, sofern hierdurch Rechte und Freiheiten anderer Personen nicht beeinträchtigt werden, Art. 18, 20 EU DS-GVO.

Sollten Sie uns eine Einwilligung zur Datenverarbeitung erteilt haben, können Sie diese jederzeit formfrei und ohne nachteilige Auswirkungen auf Ihr Beschäftigungsverhältnis widerrufen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Widerruf keine Auswirkungen auf die Rechtmäßigkeit der vor Widerruf erfolgten Datenverarbeitung hat und dass er sich nicht auf solche Datenverarbeitungen erstreckt, für die ein anderer Erlaubnistatbestand vorliegt und die daher auch ohne Ihre Einwilligung vorgenommen werden dürfen.

Bitte wenden Sie sich zur Wahrnehmung dieser Rechte an die unter Ziffer 2 genannte verantwortliche Stelle oder Datenschutzbeauftragten.

Within the company, only those persons and offices that require it (e.g. personnel department, specialist department, works council, representation of the severely handicapped) receive your personal data to carry out the application procedure or to fulfil legal obligations.

In addition, employees of service providers, internal and external, have access to your personal data in order to perform and fulfill their contractual administrative and support tasks. 9. What data protection rights can you assert as a data subject?

You have the right to request information about the data stored about you, Art. 15 EU GDPR. In addition, you can request the correction or deletion of your data, Art. 16, 17 EU GDPR. 4. Milyen célból és milyen jogalap alapján kezeljük az Ön adatait?

Az Ön jelentkezésének keretein belül megküldött adatait kezeljük annak érdekében, hogy megvizsgáljuk, alkalmas-e Ön az adott pozícióra, vagy adott esetben a vállalatunknál betöltendő egyéb nyitott állás betöltésére (amennyiben a jogszabályok alapján ehhez az Ön hozzájárulása szükséges, azt előzetesen beszerezzük). Adatkezelésünk további célja a toborzási folyamat elvégzése.

Amennyiben a folyamatban lévő toborzási folyamat részeként további adatokat kezelünk, arról külön tájékoztatjuk Önt.

4.1 Jelentezési dokumentáció

Az Ön személyes adatait a munkavállalóink kiválasztásához szükséges döntés érdekében kezeljük. Az adatkezelés jogalapja az Ön hozzájárulási nyilatkozata az EU GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pontjával összhangban. Amennyiben a thyssenkrupp adatkezelő székhelye az EU/EGT-n kívül található, a vonatkozó országspecifikus jogszabályok alkalmazandók.

4.2 Videóinterjú

Az online, videointerjúk készítésének jogalapja a 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) EU GDPR vagy az alkalmazandó nemzeti jogszabály. Az online videointerjún töténő részvétel semmiképpen sem kötelező. Amennyiben Ön nem kíván online interjún részt venni, annak semmilyen hátrányos következménye nem lesz az Ön jelentkezésére nézve; ebben az esetben telefonos vagy személyes interjút fogunk Önnel lefolytatni. Az online videóinterjún nem készül felvétel (sem kép, sem hang).

4.3 A videó feltöltése

Abban az esetben, amennyiben Ön úgy dönt, hogy a jelentkezés részeként videót készít, ezt teljesen önkéntesen teszi. A videofelvétel semmilyen módon nem kötelező. Ha nem kíván videót feltölteni magáról, annak semmilyen hátrányos következménye nem lesz a jelentkezésére nézve. Az Ön személyes adatait a munkavállalóink kiválasztásához szükséges döntés érdekében kezeljük. 4.4 Személyes adatok gyűjtése más forrásokból

A jelentkezési eljárás keretében olyan személyes adatokat is feldolgozunk, amelyeket nem közvetlenül Öntől kaptunk. Ez különösen az interneten nyilvánosan hozzáférhető információkra vonatkozhat, amennyiben azok szükségesek a munkaviszony létesítéséről szóló döntés meghozatalához (pl. szakmai profilok közösségi hálózatokon, mint a LinkedIn vagy a XING, szakmaspecifikus publikációk vagy információk, amelyek keresőmotorokon, mint a Google, megtalálhatók).

Az adatkezelés célja és jogalapja

5. Kinek van az Ön adataihoz hozzáférése?

A nyitott állás/pozíció(k)tól és a vállalat(ok)tól függően, amely(ek)hez Ön jelentkezett, az érintett vállalat(ok)on belül az állások betöltéséért illetékes személyek, például a toborzók, férnek hozzá az Ön jelentkezési profiljához.

Amennyiben a személyes adatok különleges kategóriáit az EU/EGT-n belül kezeljük, az az Ön hozzájárulása alapján történik az EU GDPR 9. cikk (2) bekezdése a) pontja szerint.

Amennyiben a thyssenkrupp adatkezelő székhelye az EU/EGT-n kívül található, a megfelelő országspecifikus jogszabályokat kell alkalmazni.

Az adatkezelést végző vállalaton belül csak azok a személyeknek és osztályoknak (pl. HR osztály munkatársai, szakterület, üzemi tanács, megváltozott munkaképességűek képviselete) van hozzáférése az Ön személyes adataihoz, amelyeknek a toborzási folyamat lefolytatásához vagy a jogi kötelezettségeik teljesítéséhez erre szükségük van.

Ezenkívül adminisztratív és támogatási szolgáltatók belső és külső alkalmazottai is hozzáférnek az Ön személyes adataihoz, hogy elvégezzék és teljesítsék szerződéses feladataikat. Személyes adatokat csak adatfeldolgozói jogviszony keretében, célhoz kötötten, az adatvédelmi előírásoknak megfelelően, adunk át olyan szolgáltatóknak, amelyek például a szervereket üzemeltetik vagy bizonyos szolgáltatásokat nyújtanak.

6. Mennyi ideig tároljuk az adatokat?

Az Ön jelentkezését a toborzási folyamat befejezése után töröljük, feltéve, hogy nincs előírva jogszabályi vagy országspecifikus megőrzési idő. A törlési idő az Ön jelentkezésének elutasításáról szóló értesítés kézhezvételével kezdődik. 7. Adatbiztonság

Az Ön adatait olyan adatbiztonsági intézkedésekkel védjük, amelyek megfelelnek a hatályos adatvédelmi jogszabályoknak és a technika jelenlegi állásának (beleértve a tűzfalakat, víruskeresőket, behatolásjelző szoftvereket).

8. Köteles-e megadni az adatait?

Az Ön jelentkezési dokumentumainak rendelkezésre bocsátása és az online videóinterjú lefolytatása az Ön hozzájárulásán alapul. A szükséges minimális adatok (a "Kötelező" jelzéssel ellátott) megadása nélkül a felvételi követelmények vizsgálata észszerűen nem végezhető el.

Amennyiben nem kíván online videointerjút készíteni, annak semmilyen negatív következménye nem lesz a jelentkezésére nézve; ebben az esetben telefonos vagy személyes interjút fogunk lefolytatni Önnel. A videointerjú nem végezhető el a 3.2. pontban felsorolt adatainak feldolgozása nélkül.

Lehetősége van arra, hogy a 9. pontban leírtak szerint gyakorolja jogait.

9. Milyen érintetti jogokat érvényesíthet?

Önnek joga van tájékoztatást kérni az Önről tárolt adatokról, az EU GDPR 15. cikke alapján. Ezen túlmenően kérheti adatai helyesbítését vagy törlését (EU GDPR 16., 17. cikk). Jogában áll továbbá az adatkezelés korlátozását kérni, valamint joga van ahhoz, hogy az Ön által megadott adatokat tagolt, széles körben használt és géppel olvasható formátumban megkapja, feltéve, hogy ez nem érinti más személyek jogait és szabadságait (EU GDPR 18., 20. cikk).

Amennyiben Ön hozzájárult az adatai kezeléséhez, akkor ezt a hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja minden formai követelmény nélkül és anélkül, hogy ez munkaviszonyát károsan érintené. 4.1 Aplicación

La base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, para la decisión de contratación, es su declaración de consentimiento de acuerdo con el Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR de la UE. Si el controlador de thyssenkrupp tiene su sede fuera de la UE/EEE, se aplica la legislación específica del país correspondiente.

4.2 Entrevista en vídeo

4.4 Recopilación de datos personales de otras fuentes

Si se procesan categorías especiales de datos personales dentro de la UE/EEE, tal como se define en el Art. 9 (1) EU GDPR, esto se hace con su consentimiento Art. 9 (2) lit. a) GDPR de la UE.

Si el responsable de thyssenkrupp tiene su sede fuera de la UE/EEE, se aplicará la legislación específica del país correspondiente.

7. Seguridad de los datos

9. ¿Qué derechos de protección de datos puede hacer valer como interesado?

Tiene derecho a solicitar información sobre los datos almacenados sobre usted, Art. 15 EU GDPR. Además, puede solicitar la corrección o supresión de sus datos, Art. 16 Y 17 DEL RGPD DE LA UE.
