Your responsibilities

Diese Rolle verbindet Markt- und Produktstrategie, technische Exzellenz und unternehmensstrategisches Denken. Als zentrale Funktion zwischen Vorentwicklung, Vertrieb und Management erarbeiten Sie die Grundlagen für eine Roadmap zur zukunftsorientierten Positionierung der Produktlinie Suspension mit direktem Fokus auf Technologie, Kundennutzen und globaler Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.

  • Produktstrategie: Ableitung und Weiterentwicklung globaler und regionaler Produktstrategien auf Basis fundierter Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Kontinuierliches Benchmarking relevanter Trends und Positionierung der PL Suspension im internationalen Marktvergleich hinsichtlich Portfolio, Marktanteile und Footprint.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb, Qualität, Kunden und Management, von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung.
  • Effizienz und Innovation: Fokussierung der Roadmap mit gezielter Portfoliosteuerung wie zum Beispiel Reduktion unnötiger Komplexität zur Förderung strategisch relevanter Produktlinien.
  • Verantwortungsübernahme: Aufbereitung aktueller Markt - und Datenbasis zur Entwicklung der Roadmap und Bundling von strategischen Akquisetätigkeiten zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Aktive Vorbereitung und Begleitung der jährlichen, strategischen sowie operativen Planung.
  • Kommunikation und Entscheidungsvorbereitung: Aufbereitung belastbarer Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Top-Management sowie überzeugende Kommunikation in time gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Your profile

  • Bildungshintergrund: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaft, Produktmanagement oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Automobil- oder Zulieferindustrie idealerweise mit Fokus auf Produktmanagement, Entwicklung oder Marktstrategie.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fahrwerkstechnik, Kundenanforderungen, Normen, Datenbanken und digitalen Tools
  • Persönlichkeit: Analytisches, unternehmerisches Denken, lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen, Offenheit für Neues, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Sinn für Qualität und Innovation,
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Klare, überzeugende Sprache, sowohl im Team als auch gegenüber internationalen Partnern. Präsentationssicherheit und Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department
