Your responsibilities

  • Sie stellen eine qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechte Produktion sicher und führen das Produktionspersonal inkl. Schichtführung
  • Sie gewährleisten Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit (z.B. 6S+) sowie eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Sie planen Ressourcen und Kapazitäten in Abstimmung mit der Instandhaltung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung und begleiten Technologie- und Maschineninvestitionen
  • Sie analysieren und optimieren Wertströme und Prozesse unter Einsatz von Lean-Methoden (z.B. TPM, SMED, A3, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
  • Sie verantworten ein wirksames Shopfloor-Management, schaffen KPI-Transparenz und leiten KVP-/OPX-Projekte
  • Sie fördern eine Null-Fehler- und Lean-Kultur, schulen Mitarbeitende und verbessern kontinuierlich die OEE

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Konstruktionsmechaniker:in) mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Produktionsumfeld
  • Praxis aus Produktion, Instandhaltung, Montage oder Logistik sowie sicherer Umgang mit Betriebsrat und Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Lean-/OPXProjekten sowie routinierter Einsatz von Methoden wie 6S+, SMED, Kanban, Wertstromdesign und PDCA/DMAIC
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen, Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsstandards sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und MES-Systemen
  • Geübte Prozessgestaltung inkl. Standardisierung, KPI-Steuerung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem Denken, hoher sozialer Kompetenz, Konfliktlösungssicherheit und Begeisterung für Teamentwicklung

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
