Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt in unserem Headquarter in Essen das Project Management Office (PMO) der thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH und unterstützt bei den organisatorischen Belangen unterschiedlicher nationaler oder internationaler Projekte
  • Du stehst den Projektmitarbeitenden bei der Projektplanung und -durchführung unterstützend zur Seite
  • Du unterstützt bei der Terminplanung und Terminverfolgung
  • Du analysierst relevante Markttrends und Kundenanforderungen, verarbeitest diese und stimmst Dich mit verschiedenen Projektstakeholdern ab
  • Du modellierst Auswertungen, Dokumentationen und Projekt-Reportings

Your profile

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in (m/w/d) im Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Maschinenbau, Informatik o. ä.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrungen aus dem Projektmanagement mit
  • Eigeninitiative ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Du hast eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du bist kreativ, hoch motiviert, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint und bringst Affinität und Interesse im Umgang mit Business Intelligence Tools und Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen mit
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
