Your responsibilities

  • Sie gewährleisten die Sicherstellung des integrierten Managementsystems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) durch interne Prozess- und Systemaudits und Unterstützung der Prozesseigner bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der implementierten Prozesse für die Standorte München, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Frankfurt, Fellbach (freie Wahl des Hauptdienstsitz)
  • Sie prüfen und bearbeiten kundenspezifische Anforderungen wie z.B. Qualitätsvereinbarungen, Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten u.a. aus dem automotive Bereich in Bezug auf Qualitätsthemen
  • Erstellung, Änderung und Verteilung der QM-relevanten Unterlagen (QM-Dokumentation, Prozesslandkarte, einheitliche Arbeitsweisen, Formulare, Templates), Zertifikate
  • Unterstützung von Lieferantenaudits bei Dienstleistungszukauf und Betreuung von Kundenaudits
  • Mitwirkung bei Personalschulungen zur Qualitätspolitik im Unternehmen und zum Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung allgemein und Beratung der Mitarbeiter in Fragen zum Qualitätsmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Bereich QM mit QS und QB (u.a. Reklamationen, Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen, Audits)
  • Sicherstellung der qualitativen Anforderungen sowie zeitnahen Verfügbarkeit von Lieferantenzeugnisse sowie weiteren relevanten Dokumenten

Your profile

  • Sie besitzen eine technische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium mit technischer Ausrichtung
  • Sie können mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorweisen
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Methoden (z.B. 8D, 5-Why, PPAP) und Normen (DIN, EN, ISO) aus dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Idealerweise besitzen Sie Erfahrung als Auditor VDA 6.3 sowie interner Auditor gem. ISO 9001, ISO 45001 und ISO 50001
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in der Standardisierung von Prozessen sammeln
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, die Sie in Ihrem Arbeitsalltag sicher anwenden können
  • Kenntnisse in der Werkstofftechnik, eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
