Your responsibilities

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für die Standortleitung bei operativen HR-Themen, inklusive Vorbereitung personeller Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung lokaler und internationaler Gesetze
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden, Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Onboardings und Exitmanagements
  • Unterstützung bei Personalbedarfsplanung und lokalem Recruiting, insbesondere am bulgarischen Bewerbermarkt
  • Interpretation und Anwendung von Arbeits-, Sozial- und Unternehmensvorschriften in Zusammenarbeit mit externer Rechtsberatung; Identifikation von Handlungsbedarf
  • Monatliche Datenübermittlung an den Payroll-Partner für die Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Betreuung internationaler Mitarbeitender während Einsätzen, inklusive rechtssicherer Abwicklung von Entsendungen und späterer Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse am Standort, Organisation von Employer Branding Maßnahmen und Benefits
  • Ansprechpartner für Personalentwicklung: Schulungsplanung, -organisation und Teambuildingmaßnahmen
  • Austausch im internationalen HR-Netzwerk sowie Übernahme spezieller HR-Projekte
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Human Resources, idealerweise im Aufbau oder der Betreuung eines Produktionsstandorts
  • Kenntnisse im internationalen Personalmanagement, inklusive Entsendungen und Global Mobility Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Rechtsanwälte, Behörden, Bildungseinrichtungen).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im bulgarischen Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie internationalen Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting und Onboarding, inklusive Kenntnis des lokalen Bewerbermarktes
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden während internationaler Einsätze (Global Mobility), inklusive Entsendungen, A1-Bescheinigungen und vorbereitende Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit administrativen HR-Aufgaben (Datenpflege, Korrespondenz, Terminplanung, Reiseorganisation).
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Bulgarisch, Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Proaktive Beratungskompetenz sowie Organisationsfähigkeit für die Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
