Your responsibilities

  • Als Zentralcontroller:in (m/w/d) führen Sie Aufgaben im Rahmen der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse durch, bereiten hierbei u.a. die Ausgangsdaten aus SAP nach Standardvorgaben auf, prüfen diese auf Plausibilität und führen Umlagen sowie Verteilungen durch.
  • Sie unterstützen die operative Planung der Operating Unit Processing Europe (OU PE) und wirken bei der Vorbereitung sowie Durchführung mit. Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie aktiv an der lokalen Gesellschaftsplanung mit.
  • Das Erstellung der Standardreportings inkl. Prüfung und Klärung von Abweichungen sowie von Hochrechnungen, Ad-Hoc Anfragen und Analysen gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabengebiet.
  • Im Rahmen des Beteiligungscontrollings sind Sie Ansprechpartner:in für die Gesellschaften der OU PE und betreuen sowie challengen diese in Controlling-relevanten Themen
  • Sie übernehmen die Steuerung des Investitions-/ I&R-Prozesses sowie potentiell weitere Performance-controllingaufgaben (z.B. NWC, Personalcontrolling)
  • Sie arbeiten an Projekten mit und übernehmen auch die Funktion des Financial Owners, erstellen verschiedene Analysen und wirken bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Regelauswertungen sowie des Berichtswesen mit
  • Sie erstellen zudem Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und bereiten Daten inhaltlich sowie graphisch auf

Your profile

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Zusätzliche Buchhaltungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Anwendungen, insbesondere MS-Excel sowie Power BI und bringen gute Kenntnisse in SAP/R3 und/oder S/4HANA mit
  • Sie haben ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten gerne proaktiv mit Landesgesellschaften und Standorten sowie im Team zusammen. Dafür bringen Sie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit
  • Sie haben Freude an gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit (europaweit) und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse der zugehörigen ausländischen Standorte (z.B. Französisch) sind vor Vorteil

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
