Your responsibilities
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable procedures
- Perform inspections and quality checks throughout all project phases, ensuring timely identification of deviations and non-conformities
- Plan, prepare, and participate in inspections according to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality requirements
- Review technical documentation, work packages, method statements, and inspection records for completeness and compliance
- Verify that materials, equipment, and installation activities meet project and client quality requirements
- Support subcontractors in implementing quality processes, inspection requirements, and corrective actions
- Document, track, and manage non-conformities and support the implementation of preventive and corrective measures
- Ensure testing and measuring equipment is properly calibrated and suitable for use
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and contribute to project quality reporting and completion activities
- Promote a strong quality culture while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Your profile
- Degree, technical qualification, or comparable education in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality control, inspection, fabrication, or construction projects
- Proven experience within industrial plant construction, EPC projects, energy, chemical, or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, inspection processes, and relevant industry standards
- Experience working with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection records, and quality documentation
- Hands-on experience with InSite LMS is highly desirable
- Ability to identify, assess, and resolve quality-related issues in a proactive and structured manner
- Strong technical interpretation skills for drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Confident communication skills and experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams
- High level of quality awareness, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Business fluent English skills (minimum CEFR C1)
