Your responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of different electrolysis products, particularly focusing on electrocatalytic coatings for electrodes.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers on the qualification of AWE cell components
- Operate and maintain electrochemical testing equipment and/or material characterisation devices
- Conduct electrochemical characterization (e.g. LSV, CV, EIS) and analyze degradation mechanisms under simulated operating conditions and/or conduct material characterisation using SEM-EDX/ XRD/XRF
- Evaluate test data, prepare structured reports, and contribute to root cause analysis and failure mode assessments.
- Support the scale-up and transfer of lab-developed coating processes into pilot or commercial production environments
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrochemistry, Analytical chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or similar, familiar with electrochemistry or catalysis.
- You have hands-on experience with electrochemical testing methods and/or material characterisation methodes.
- You are passionate about green hydrogen and eager to contribute to decarbonization of industrial processes.
- You also possess strong analytical thinking, a structured approach to experiments and a self-driven mindset.
- You have a self-reliant working style, are creative and reliable.
- You are a team player
