Your responsibilities

Im Team Business Development bearbeiten wir individuelle Anfragen unserer (internationalen) Kunden zu Themen wie bspw. Einkaufskonsolidierung, Baugruppenfertigung oder Design europäischer Lieferketten/Supply Chain und entwickeln hierzu kundenindividuelle Lösungen

  • Erkennen und Analysieren neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in Bezug auf Werkstoffe und prozessnahe Services
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung neuer Services und Entwicklung von Konzepten für deren Umsetzung sowie Projektmanagement von Innovations- und Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Strukturierte Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen sowie realistische Einschätzung von Chancen und Risiken
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, insbesondere mit Blick auf europäische Industrie- und Rohstoffentwicklungen
  • Entwicklung von Business Cases und Handlungsoptionen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern

Your profile

  • Du studierst derzeit im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Sales Engineering oder Technisches Produktionsmanagement
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Consulting, Sales oder Strategy bspw. über eine Werkstudentenstelle
  • Verständnis technischer Grundprozesse sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in Bereich Technische Zeichnungen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkstoffe (Stahl, Aluminium, Edelstahl, Kupfer, Titan und Sondermaterialien) sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke sowie Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um Ideen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz, um zwischen Technik, Markt und Fachbereichen (Betrieb und Vertrieb) erfolgreich zu vermitteln

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
