Your responsibilities

In unserem Team arbeitest du aktiv in den Bereichen Ausbildung und Learning, übernimmst Verantwortung in unseren operativen Prozessen und gewinnst dabei fundierte Praxiserfahrung. Im Fokus stehen dabei die folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Ausbildung: Im Recruiting übernimmst du eigenständig die operative Koordination des HR-Prozesses für kaufmännische und gewerbliche Auszubildende von der Vorauswahl der Bewerbungen nach definierten Kriterien über die Organisation der Auswahlverfahren und die Koordination aller Prozessschritte bis hin zur Vertragsvorbereitung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Ausbilder:innen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Learning & Qualifizierung: Du planst und organisierst interne und externe Seminare und betreust deren organisatorischer Umsetzung von der Vor- bis zur Nachbereitung. Zusätzlich wirkst du an unserer Qualifizierungsplanung mit und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation in den relevanten Systemen sicher.
  • HR-Projekte: Du wirkst bei Digitalisierungsinitiativen, insbesondere im Bereich der Seminaranmeldung mit und unterstützst bei der Durchführung unserer internen Mitarbeitendenbefragung.

Your profile

Für diese Rolle sind uns folgenden Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften besonders wichtig:

  • Du studierst aktuell mit Bezug zu Personal, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erste praktische HR-Erfahrungen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Verlässlichkeit und Organisationsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du kommuniziert klar, professionell und verbindlich sowohl mit Bewerber:innen als auch im internen Austausch und bringst ein gutes Gespür für Teamarbeit mit.
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit digitalen Tools wie MS Office oder bist bereit, dich schnell in neue Anwendungen einzuarbeiten. Beim Einsatz neuer Technologien wie KI achtest du auf Datenschutz und Compliance.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst dazu auch gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
