We’re Hiring: 2nd Shift Slitter Helper
📍 Location: Brownsburg, IN
💲 Pay: $20.00/hour + $0.50/hour 2nd shift premium
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
⏱ Must be available for overtime, including 10-hour shifts and Saturdays
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be an essential part of a high-energy production team? We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals to join us as Slitter Helpers on 2nd shift.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with machine operators to keep operations running smoothly—stacking, sorting, moving materials, and ensuring our products meet top quality standards.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support machine operators with a variety of tasks throughout the shift
- Sort, stack, clean, inspect, and stock materials as needed
- Assist in filling and packaging customer orders
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move stock
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow instructions
- Help train new team members when needed
- Report any issues or breakdowns to your supervisor or lead
- Follow all safety, quality, and Lean procedures
✅ What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience (required)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically active tasks
- Safety-first attitude with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanners
- Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
