Aufgaben

Job Summary

Summary of Position:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering unique internal training courses and programs for business units within tk Materials as well as coordinates employee participation in outside training programs. Duties include interaction with Subject Matter Experts, management, and HR to determine training needs, implementing training programs and reviewing feedback from previous training programs to determine success and improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and update training materials, schedules, and records
  • Organize and coordinate in-person training events
  • Manage training documents using SharePoint and the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support employees by troubleshooting LMS issues and providing training information
  • Partner with managers to develop training plans and market opportunities to employees
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs

What You Bring to the Team:

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Experience with LMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (or a willingness to learn!)
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Passion for training and employee development
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
⭐ Experience coordinating training in a corporate setting
⭐ Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

Job Compensation

$65K-$85K
