Your responsibilities

Während Ihres 12-monatigen, individuell gestalteten, Traineeprogramms in der fertigungsnahen Konstruktion werden Sie systematisch in das vielseitige Tätigkeitsfeld eingeführt. Sie übernehmen Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung und können von Beginn an Ihre Ideen einbringen!

  • Im Rahmen der Bearbeitung internationaler Kundenaufträge erstellen Sie die gesamte Fertigungsdokumentation für die Herstellung von Großwälzlagern vom Auftragseingang bis zur Fertigungsfreigabe.
  • Die konstruktive Umsetzung unter Berücksichtigung individueller Kundenanforderungen, sowie der jeweiligen Fertigungsmöglichkeiten finden in Ihrer Arbeit hohe Beachtung.
  • Mit Zuhilfenahme von integrierten Engineering-Tools erstellen Sie Zeichnungen und 3D-CAD-Modelle sowie weitere Informationen für die Fertigung.
  • Sie übernehmen Konstruktionsaufgaben im Rahmen von Produkt- und Prozessentwicklungsprojekten.
  • Sie erarbeiten Stücklisten mit dem ERP-System SAP/R3.
  • Die Umsetzung sämtlicher technischen Leistungsmerkmale sowie die Sicherstellung der Produktfunktionen liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.

Your profile

  • Ihr Masterstudium im Bereich Engineering mit den Schwerpunkten Konstruktion/Fertigung habe Sie erfolgreich und zügig abgeschlossen.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den Standard PC-Anwendungen (MS Office).
  • Sie weisen verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift auf.
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im 3D-CAD-System Siemens NX.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Metallbearbeitung sind wünschenswert.
  • Ihre Eigeninitiative und Ihre ergebnis- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
