Your responsibilities

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung definierter Produkt und Kundensegmente im Bereich Pulvermetallurgie im Innen- und Außendienst
  • Mitarbeit im internationalen Einkauf und Verkauf von Metallpulvern inkl. Angebots und Vertragsgestaltung sowie in bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Projekten
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferanten und Kundenbeziehungen im In und Ausland
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation neuer Kunden, Märkte und Anwendungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Markt, Preis und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Durchführung von Kunden und Lieferantenbesuchen sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (Logistik, Qualität, Technik, Exportabwicklung) zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei Budget, Mengen und Produktentscheidungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Metallurgie o.ä.)
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung (ca. 36 Jahre) im internationalen Handel, idealerweise mit Metallen, Pulvermetallen, Legierungen oder vergleichbaren Produkten
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an metallurgischen Zusammenhängen sowie erste Erfahrung in Preis, Angebots und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (ERPSysteme, MS Office, CRM von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations und Teamfähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
