Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle als Teamleiter:in Business Excellence (m/w/d) steuern Sie übergeordnet Projekte u.a. zur Optimierung von Prozessen sowie zur Ableitung und Umsetzung der Strategie der Operating Unit Materials Processing Europe (OU MPE) und arbeiten aktiv daran mit
  • Im Zuge des Projektportfolios betreuen Sie die Bewertung von Maßnahmen und Ideen, die Prüfung von Prioritäten und Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Projekten sowie den projektbezogenen Austausch innerhalb der OU
  • Sie übernehmen die Steuerung der regelmäßigen Projektabschlusstätigkeiten sowie der Projektberichterstattung der OU MPE
  • Neben der operativen und strategischen Mitarbeit, führen Sie fachlich und disziplinarisch das ZB Business Excellence Team mit 4 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Sie kümmern sich mit Ihrem Team um die (Weiter-) Entwicklung und Implementierung der Nachkalkulation und vergleichbarer/ angrenzender Tools. Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Auswertungen sowie die Analysen mit den Niederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihren Mitarbeiter:innen identifizieren sowie initiieren Sie Entwicklungs- und Verbesserungspotentiale, indem Sie Markt- und interne Analysen vornehmen sowie strategisch verfügbares Know How der OU MPE evaluieren
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit den Niederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften leiten Sie daraus passende Maßnahmen ab und unterstützen aktiv in der Umsetzung

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements, erste Führungserfahrungen sind zudem wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen sowie Durchsetzungsstärke zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und PowerBI mit und haben idealerweise Erfahrung in SAP
  • Abschließend verfügen Sie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind zudem von Vorteil
