Your responsibilities

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von aktuell zwei Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach internationalem Recht (IFRS) sowie des handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer sowie für kaufmännische und steuerliche Fragestellungen der Werke und Fachabteilungen
  • Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Zuständigkeit für das Debitoren- und Kreditorenkontokorrent inklusive umsatzsteuerlicher Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Shared Service Centern und den zentralen Fachabteilungen innerhalb des thyssenkrupp-Konzerns
  • Koordination der Inventuren und Mitwirkung im internen Kontrollsystem
  • Optimierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse sowie Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (bspw. S4/HANA-Einführung)

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Accounting
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS
  • Idealerweise ergänzen Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht (inkl. Umsatzsteuer) das Profil
  • Erfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (FI, MM, SD) sowie mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
