Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

Es responsable de mantener el equipo en operación y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de S2QDC. En conjunto con su equipo de trabajo realiza acciones preventivas y correctivas para mejorar el desempeño de los equipos y de los productos fabricados.

Actividades:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de producción (Calidad, Costo-Productividad y Tiempo-Entregas) en sus áreas de responsabilidad, documentando cualquier situación que impida alcanzarlos (control de paros, cantidades producidas, scrap, retrabajos, etc.)
  • Es la persona directamente responsable en conjunto con su equipo de trabajo, de parar las maquinas en caso de condiciones inseguras, material y/o proceso NEO; así como de informar al Coach y técnico líder para que se tomen las acciones pertinentes.
  • Realiza y documenta los datos requeridos para cada producto o proceso según corresponda al documento a registrar.
  • Realizar los cambios de modelo o cambio de material en tiempo y forma en las máquinas, garantizando que las pruebas y/o mediciones se lleven a cabo de manera satisfactoria para su correcta liberación.
  • Dar el uso adecuado a las herramientas o consumibles.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Es responsable del correcto manejo de los materiales garantizando su identificación, rastreabilidad y empaque.
  • Cumple con los requerimientos establecidos por el departamento de seguridad Lock out y Tag out.

Your profile

Perfil:

Estudios: Carrera técnica y/o TSU en procesos de producción, mecánica, química, electrónico.

Experiencia: 1-2 años en áreas productivas en empresas metal mecánica.
