Your responsibilities

  • Define system validation strategy according to the validation scope and project needs
  • Maintaining validation test schedule and request resource for performance
  • Coordination of system validation tests (electrical, environmental, durability, EMC) internally and externally
  • Ensure the success of the validation test by risk management, problem solving and escalation
  • Create validation test plans (including test specification and parameters) based on the customer requirements
  • Clear, consistent and systematic status presenting for project and for customer
  • Support acquisition activity by validation requirement review
  • Support the organization from validation point of view (impact analysis, validation proposal, judgement...etc)

Your profile

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics or Management (with good E/E background)
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Relevant standard knowledge especially ISO 16750, IPC-610
  • Experience in automotive solutions and OEM specific standards
  • Management certification is advantage
  • Fluent English

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
