Aufgaben
suppliers claim management for nonconforming parts found at incoming inspection area and/ or for returned nonconforming parts from customer, related to supplier raw material
monitoring of defined KPI’s for supplier claim management process
handling of non-conforming parts blocking/ unblocking
coordinate sorting activities in house or external, also for finished goods if required
closer collaboration with supplier to decide about blocked parts: return back or scrap them
manage the supplier deviations together with the SQE colleagues (tracking and informing the incoming colleagues)
performing audits in the manufacturing area, covering the processes according annual master plan
preparation of the incoming area for customer and internal audits
reporting the Q status of supplier claims, according the defined report
Profil
technical degree.
minimum 1-2 years experience in the field of quality, preferably in the automotive;
knowledge about ISO 9001; IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D;
certification as an internal auditor (constitutes an advantage);
good knowledge of PC operation;
advanced knowledge of English and / or German;
knowledge of quality and environment management;
communication skills, organization, own initiative;
analytical spirit, ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
