Your responsibilities

  • Ejecución y seguimiento de la NOM 035.
  • Asegura la aplicación de las entrevistas de salida, seguimiento puntual a las entrevistas de causas de ausentismo y aplicación de acciones disciplinarias de acuerdo con el RIT.
  • Dar seguimiento a los indicadores de clima laboral, compromiso, ausentismo y rotación, participando en la implementación de planes de acción y programas de cultura organizacional que contribuyan a mejorar la experiencia del colaborador y los resultados del negocio.
  • Participa activamente en los proyectos lanzados localmente y desde corporativo, relacionados a Operaciones Globlales y Soluciones Digitales (México)
  • Responsable de la ejecución de medidas en términos de relaciones laborales, disciplina, cumplimiento del reglamento y procedimientos, etc., asegurando el cumplimiento de disposiciones LFT, RIT y normas aplicables.
  • Apoyo en auditorías de los Sistemas de Gestión (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001), requerimientos de clientes, requerimientos legales, procesos locales y corporativos relacionados, así como apoyo en auditorías internas y externas en materia de Recursos humanos.
  • Responsable de acciones relacionadas con sindicato (quejas, puntos abiertos, sugerencias, acciones correctivas, alineación.
  • Participa activamente en el seguimiento de renovación de contratos, para personal directo e indirecto, así como el ciclo de vida del empleado.
  • Revisión del cumplimiento de requisitos para los cambios de categoría relacionados con acciones disciplinarias.
  • Actuar como enlace operativo entre los colaboradores y los HRBP, proporcionando información, seguimiento y soporte en la implementación de estrategias, programas e iniciativas de P & C, alineadas a las necesidades del negocio.
  • Comunicación interna y externa.
  • Apoyo y ejecución en temas relacionados a nómina, como lo es: nómina semanal, quincenal, vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, entre otros.
  • Actualización y seguimiento de expedientes físicos y digitales.
  • Organización y apoyo en eventos de la compañía.
  • Mejora continua en los procesos de Recursos Humanos

Your profile

  • Licenciatura Administración de Empresas o afín.
  • 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
  • Deseable 1 año de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
  • Experiencia en la elaboración de pre-nomina.
  • Experiencia en relaciones laborales.
  • Manejo de proveedores, deseable comedor y transporte.
  • Habilidades Uso de tecnologías de la información a nivel intermedio.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio – avanzado.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
