Your responsibilities
1. Digital System Architecture & Governance
- Design and maintain the Procurement digital architecture (tools, workflows, interfaces).
- Define system governance standards, data models and process frameworks for digital solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Segment, BU, IT and Data Governance requirements.
2. Workflow Automation & Power Platform Development
- Build and operate end-to-end Procurement workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom Procurement applications using PowerApps (incl. mobile functionality).
- Maintain Dataverse structures to ensure stable processes, data integrity and audit security.
- Drive digitalization and automation of administrative procurement processes.
3. Ticketing System Development & Operations
- Design, build and maintain a Procurement-specific ticketing system (M365).
- Ensure integrated approval workflows for price updates, supplier master data changes, contracts, risk tasks etc.
- Provide transparency on ticket status, SLAs, history and reporting.
4. BI & Data Analytics Excellence
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards for Procurement performance, KPIs and savings.
- Ensure data model integrity, accuracy and automated reporting logic.
- Support Segment and BU teams with analytics for decision-making.
- Drive KPI standardization and automation across the Procurement organization.
5. System Integrations & Enablement
- Design Procurement data flows and interface logic (e.g., SAP à Database à BI).
- Coordinate integration design with IT while owning the functional end-to-end requirements.
- Train users on digital tools and ensure adoption of new workflows and applications.
Your profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, IT or related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in BI development (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience designing workflows, integrations or digital process automation.
- Ability to model data structures and understand relational data concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP and SQL data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
- Stakeholder management experience in cross-functional environments.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
