Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

Dar soporte técnico y entrenamiento a ajustadores y operadores de producción para el conocimiento de los equipos productivos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de S2QDC, respetando el SST y aplicando el TKPS.

Actividades claves:

Proporcionar capacitación en la operación de los equipos productivos y en la solución de ajustes del proceso.

Promover la generación e implementación de las mejoras a los procesos.

Dar soporte técnico en la operación en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.

Proponer mejoras para facilitar, optimizar y asegurar la operación, aplicando las herramientas de TKPS.

Entrega de reporte técnico al responsable de turno / coach, esto al término de su turno en producción.

Capacitar y dar seguimiento al desempeño de los operadores y ajustadores informando de los resultados.

Ser parte del equipo en el desarrollo de pruebas de nuevos productos, herramientas, materiales y dispositivos.

Apoyar el área de producción para cubrir ausencias de operadores o técnicos en las máquinas.

Estudios: Carrera Técnica

Experiencia: 5 años como ajustador o similar.

Programas de cómputo: Office, ReDi, Z-point, SAP, PLM, QSDat

Conocimientos

Cambios de modelo y paros de máquina.
Interpretación de dibujo técnico y plan de control.
Estadística Q-Stat
Revisión y control de herramienta de producción

Step 1
