Aufgaben
- Support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team
- General support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications
- Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications and work directly with MX GPI IT Fullfillers to resolve support issues
- Monitoring the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation
- Create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs
- Design criteria and test cases for testing; perform unit testing and document results.
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Develop technical design, follow defined process for timely completion of high-quality deliverables.
- Understand & support requirements and estimate for assigned work
Profil
- 3 - 5 years of ServiceNow administration & development
- ServiceNow Instance Administration
- 1st & 2nd Level support for MX Service Gateway
- Management, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
- ServiceNow ITSM Service Management platform
- Appropriate technical, IT Service Management (ITIL V4) and/or project management (PMP, PRINCE2) certification.
- Preferable Immediate Joiner or NP less than 1 Month
- Work Location: - Thane (Mumbai)
