Your responsibilities

In the Business Unit Bilstein Motion Solutions, you will take on a key role as Senior HR Business Partner. As part of our HR Business Partner model, you act as the strategic point of contact for managers. Your focus will be on providing expert advice, driving organizational development, and serving as a catalyst for implementing central HR initiatives.

The position is located in Jászfényszaru (800 employees), and you will be responsible for leading a small team as well.

  • Act as the primary HR business partner to local management, aligning HR strategy with business needs
  • Advise senior leaders on organizational design, development, culture, and complex HR challenges
  • Lead and support organizational development, change, and transformation initiatives
  • Drive culture, values, and leadership principles in partnership with site and BU leadership
  • Ensure smooth execution of all processes throughout the full employee life cycle in close cooperation with Global Operations & Digital Solutions and Centers of Excellence
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance and effective collaboration with the works council
  • Support talent, performance, succession, learning, and leadership development processes together with the respective Center of Excellence
  • Oversee HR analytics, support compensation and rewards topics, and contribute to HR projects, employer branding, and process improvements

Your profile

  • BSc/MSc degree in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 - 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within an international environment
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivering impact
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured, clear, and empathetic approach
