Your responsibilities

  • Sie planen und koordinieren Sondertransporte unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Terminvorgaben und Ressourcen
  • Sie planen und steuern Warenanlieferungen sowie die Auslastung von Kommissionier- und Anarbeitungsbereichen
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Betrieb und Transport zusammen und sorgen für einen effizienten Informationsfluss
  • Sie koordinieren die Abstimmung zwischen internen und externen Partnern, um eine termingerechte Auslieferung sicherzustellen
  • Sie bearbeiten fehlerhafte Ladevorgänge und Retouren, klären logistische Reklamationen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen nachhaltige Lösungen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Prozessqualität.
  • Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale entlang der Transport- und Logistikprozesse und unterstützen deren Umsetzung
  • Sie verantworten die Lagerplatzverwaltung und tragen zu einer strukturierten Lagerorganisation bei
  • Abschließend betreuen Sie Selbstabholer von der Warenausgabe bis zur Rechnungs- und Kassenabwicklung und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Your profile

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Disposition, im Handel, Vertrieb oder in der Spedition gesammelt
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über zusätzliche Qualifikationen in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Lean Management
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunststoff-Halbzeugen sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office und SAP R/3 gehört für Sie zum Arbeitsalltag
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert und bringen eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung mit
  • Teamarbeit macht Ihnen Freude und Sie überzeugen durch Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine hohe Eigeninitiative

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
