Quality Representative – Onsite
📍 Location: Northwood, OH
🕒 Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday
💵 Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000/year
🏢 Business Unit: Copper and Brass Sales – tkMMS

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, document, and process customer and vendor returns
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System
- Calibrate and maintain Measuring & Test Equipment
- Conduct internal audits and support customer audits/visits
- Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Provide technical assistance internally and externally
- Drive continuous improvement as branch Lean Focal
- Ensure timely posting of audit scores
- Facilitate brief daily meetings (≤10 minutes)
- Maintain visual boards, audit history, and newsletters
- Support prep work for workshops (AIWs)
- Maintain Shared Vision Board (corporate and local)
⚠️ This role is based on the warehouse floor and involves working around heavy machinery.
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience or training in ISO9001, ISO13485, or AS9100/9120
- Familiarity with quality systems, Lean principles, and basic computer skills
- Strong safety mindset
- 1–3 years of experience (entry-level candidates with the right mindset are welcome!)
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- ASQ certification
- 3+ years in Quality Assurance/Control
- Training in Lean, Safety/OSHA, or metals industry
