🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Analyst, you’ll:
- Manage customer and vendor returns, ensuring swift investigations and resolutions.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, including internal audits and calibration of testing equipment.
- Lead root cause investigations and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate on lean projects to improve branch processes and ensure audit compliance.
- Act as a resource for technical assistance and continual improvement projects.
✨ What We’re Looking For
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with ISO9001:2015 or AS9100/9120 standards.
- Knowledge of quality systems, lean processes, and computer skills.
Nice to Haves:
- ASQ Certification (preferred).
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, 8D methodology, and plastics.
💸 Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000/year
