Your responsibilities
Main Duties:
Establish a do things first time right mentality and methodology in the projects via:
- Ensure communication, implementation and monitoring of project quality management relevant activities.
- Achieving PQM targets in the project.
- Ensure quality assurance and proactive control processes integrated across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Ensure the identification and implementation of defined project-related corrective / preventive actions and improvements
- Ensure implementation of Lessons Learned process and Customer Satisfaction processes.
- Interface with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.
Work on business excellence initiatives for the further development of quality management, process development, digitization and optimization and, if necessary, carry out company internal trainings and audits.
Initiate the identification and realization of potential for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of quality gates during project bid & execution phase.
Prepare the project quality plan including project specific documents related to quality.
Provide project related quality training for all nominated project team members.
Conduct project audits including supplier and contractor audits.
Facilitate root cause analysis.
Support the implementation of Lessons Learned and Customer Satisfaction process.
Identify project-related quality risks and propose mitigation measures.
Consult the project team regarding project-specific quality issues.
Communicate with customers and suppliers / contractors regarding QM related issues.
Identify project-specific quality requirements including project targets / KPIs.
Supporting Business Excellence process in terms of System Maintenance and Auditing in accordance with ISO 9001 & QMS requirements and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Your profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical fields.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project quality management within a global environment.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification.
Experience in core quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D and Root cause analysis tools.
Familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction projects.
Confident handling of common MS Office programs and understanding of SAP, SharePoint, Power BI.
Presentation skills.
Leadership and communication skills.
ASQ or equivalent Quality Certifications are a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
