Aufgaben
- Facilitate Project Management process maintenance, improvement, and deployment activities
- Coordinate, support, document the Project Management process improvements
- Ensure that the Project Management process improvements are in-line with the internal PMO standards
- Ensure that the Project Management Process is compliant with industrial and project management standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
- Support the deployment activities of Project Management process improvements and related workproducts on running customer projects
- Support the overall Project Managers to be conform with the latest tkp Project Management process standards and creation of the related workproducts
- Prepare advanced presentations, reports about the status of Project Management process improvement activities
- Support the PMO in collecting feedback regarding Project Management process, process improvements and related workproducts
- Support the PMO in communication of Project Management process improvement related topics and regarding other PMO activities
Profil
- BSc or MSc degree in engineering, economics, management or IT field
- Work experience in automotive industry / IT field / management related field
- Work experience in process management area in the above mentioned fields is advantage
- Strong competence in both Agile methodologies and traditional Project Management
- Knowledge of industrial and Project Management Standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
- Advanced verbal and epistolary English skills
- Advanced user level Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
- Microsoft PowerBI / AI skills are advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
