Aufgaben
- Manages the SW project as a subproject of the project that is responsible for the entire system, with special regard to the preparation of technical, time, risk management and resource plans, their follow-up, if necessary intervention and presentation of the status.
- If requested, participates in a project feasibility study with the project team prior to the start of the project.
- Responsible for the creation of the project backlog and the decomposition, refinement of the high level tasks with the agile team.
- According to the project plans he / she requires resources from the Tribe leader and plans and manages the project.
- Manages the SW design, implementation, integration, configuration management, and plans and monitors the SW component development and the SW testing processes in accordance with automotive standards, corporate processes, and any safety-critical regulations.
- Keeps in touch with external and internal suppliers involved in the project, to coordinate deadlines and content, and to check the delivered content.
- He / She is the number one point of contact regarding the SW.
- Reports on the status of the SW project and responsible to escalate problems in a timely manner, if there is no solution available in his / her authority.
- Represents the SW project on possible audits and assessments.
Profil
- MSc or BSc degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Technical Informatics
- Experience in management
- Experience in group leading
- Embedded SW development experience
- Good command of English language
- Systematic and strategic thinking
- Knowledge of automotive standards:
- ASPICE, ISO26262, UML, DOORS, Polarion, Atlassian
- Experience in automotive software development (C, C++, script languages)
- Experience in developing security critical systems
- System designer's vision
- Knowledge of any other foreign language
- Experience in requirement analysis
