- React to daily buy signals/forecast/customer demand supplied by the Procurement Agents
- Issuing Purchase orders
- Issuing Purchase order changes
- Manage Reports
- Unacknowledged Report
- Potential Grief Report
- Order Maintenance
- Confirming orders
- Manual ASN entry when applicable
- Resolve paperwork issues
- Paperwork requests
- Electronic filing of paperwork
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A 4-year college degree or 2-5 years of applicable purchasing/inventory experience are required for this position.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to complete projects as assigned with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
Job Compensation
$27.58 - $32.44 per hour
