Your responsibilities

In diesem 4 bis 6-monatigen Pflichtpraktikum unterstützt Du aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft hinsichtlich vielfältiger Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen. Von diesem Zeitraum dürfen maximal 3 Monate auf freiwilliger Basis stattfinden

  • Organisation von Trainings: Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von internen Schulungen, Seminaren, Veranstaltungen (u.a. Korrespondenz mit Teilnehmenden und Trainer:innen, Übernahme des Einladungsmanagement).
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Du wertest Lernaktivitäten und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen aus und hilfst, daraus Evaluationsergebnisse und Reports zu erstellen deine Arbeit zeigt uns, was wirkt.
  • Pflege unseres Learning Management Systems (LMS): Du bist verantwortlich für die Eingabe, Pflege und Aufbereitung von Personalentwicklungsdaten in unserem LMS.
  • Konzeptionelle Unterstützung: Du entwickelst neue Lernangebote mit und unterstützt dabei, bestehende Formate digitaler und zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten mit kreativen Impulsen und einem Blick für moderne Weiterbildungstrends.

Your profile

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder Pädagogik mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Erwachsenenbildung und hast bereits die ersten Semester erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast Freude an organisatorischen Tätigkeiten und verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Darüber hinaus zeichnet Dich Deine hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Dein Engagement und Deine Teamorientierung aus
  • Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und hast Freude daran, eigenverantwortlich als Mitglied eines Teams zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen setzen wir ebenso voraus wie das Interesse, neue IT-Anwendungen kennenzulernen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.
