Your responsibilities

  • Als vollwertiges Teammitglied des MI-Teams unterstützt du uns bei Projekten rund um Market-, Competitor- oder Customer Intelligence.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an Themen wie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Businessmodellen, Benchmarkings, Experteninterviews und Sustainability.
  • Du führst Analysen durch, deren Ergebnisse direkt in Entscheidungs- und Diskussionsvorlagen für das Management der thyssenkrupp Geschäfte einfließen.

Your profile

  • Du stehst am Ende deines Bachelors oder im Master eines technischen oder wirtschaftsnahen Studiengangs. Dabei sind deine Leistungen überdurchschnittlich gut.
  • Du hast bereits erste relevante Praxiserfahrungen im Market Intelligence Bereich gesammelt, idealerweise im Konzern- oder Beratungsumfeld.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Themenfelder schnell durchdringen, sowie aus großen Datenmengen das Wesentliche filtern.
  • Du hast Lust, für mindestens drei Monate als Teil eines internationalen Teams die Welt der internen Unternehmensberatung eines Industriekonzerns kennen zu lernen.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
