Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement of payroll and time processes within certain regions (e.g. Hungary, Mexico, China)
- Ongoing review and critical evaluation of the existing service portfolio and processes in terms of relevance, efficiency, and user orientation
- Identification of missing or redundant services and derivation of corresponding improvement measures
- Definition and analysis of internal customer needs to derive concrete product requirements in regards of payroll and time in an international environment
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders from HR, IT, Controlling, and external service providers to ensure a stable and future-ready payroll and time solution
- Development and maintenance of a clear product vision and roadmap for payroll and time; steering implementation through agile development cycles
- Drive harmonization initiatives within and where possible across regions in close collaboration with both regional HR Operations leads and Global HRIS Product Owner
- Be an active part of the regional improvement project teams
Your profile
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a global or matrix environment
- Deep process expertise in the field of payroll and time, country specific payroll knowledge (Hungary, Mexico, China) is a plus
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and process efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Intercultural competence and experience working with international teams
