Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle führen Sie operativ den Lager- und Logistikbetrieb an unserem Standort in Dortmund und tragen Sorge für die Einhaltung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie für die Weiterentwicklung einer aktiven Arbeitssicherheitskultur
  • Sie sind zuständig für die operative Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des innerbetrieblichen Materialflusses
  • Die Erreichung der Produktivitätsziele (z.B. durch optimalen Personal- und Ressourceneinsatz) wird durch Sie sichergestellt
  • Sie steuern das Shopfloormanagement mit KPIs und fördern die aktive Problemlösung
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements am Standort und fungieren als Schnittstelle zu den beauftragten Spediteure
  • Sie planen, organisieren und überwachen den Personaleinsatz in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sie unterstützen und fördern unsere Lean Standards, den permanenten Verbesserungsprozess und unser 6S System
  • Sie motivieren, fördern und qualifizieren Ihre Belegschaft
  • Sie haben die Bereitschaft in einem Wechselschicht-System zu arbeiten
  • Sie berichten direkt an den Betriebsleiter

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene qualifizierte Ausbildung (Meister)
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem gewerblich/technischen Beruf; idealerweise in der Metallbranche
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in Mitarbeiterführung sammeln können
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten, eine starke Ziel- sowie Ergebnisorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
  • Ihre Teamfähigkeit, Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine hohe Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten haben Sie bereits mehrfach unter Beweis stellen können
  • Sie sind bereit im Zweischichtbetrieb zu arbeiten

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
