Your responsibilities

  • Planning, ordering, and monitoring the delivery of materials on time, so that the delivery deadline to the customer is met.

  • Collecting order data from all ThyssenKrupp Bilstein suppliers/customers.

  • Ensuring that data is captured (Forecast, Order, Changes) and updating the information in the production planning system.

  • Performing plausibility checks (quantity, lead times, stage of changes, production capacity).

  • Comparing orders with the annual plan.

  • Maintaining and updating the future requirements together with the Sales department.

  • Introducing measures for backlogs, cancellations, requirements that are higher or lower than planned.

  • Introducing any escalation measures (additional shifts, weekend work, special transports, etc.).

  • Identifying material requirements considering the production plan.

  • Communicating the planned data to suppliers, taking the sales plan into account.

  • Communicating requirements and orders, changes, and cancellations.

  • Monitoring order confirmations, shipments, and goods receipts into the warehouse.

  • Initiating warning procedures in case of imminent delivery delays.

  • Implementing escalation measures and providing the necessary information to the relevant persons in case of an imminent delivery delay (additional shift work, weekend work, special transports, etc.).

  • Monitoring and adjusting the warehouse stock, taking into account the optimal order quantity, lead time, and delivery punctuality.

  • Participating in the supplier evaluation.

Your profile

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills to join our Logistics team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar field.

  • Is familiar with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.

  • Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Works accurately, independently, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Has a good command of English and MS Office tools, especially Excel.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
