🔑 Key Responsibilities
Accurately remove, stock, and organize product, customer materials, and supplies based on inventory requirements.
Pick and pack products per customer orders and ensure correct packaging.
Load and unload trucks, verifying correct items are being moved in and out.
Perform order processing, including cutting material on a Kaltenbach saw when required.
Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify, hold, and segregate any defective or non-conforming material.
Complete paperwork and documentation in accordance with work instructions.
Maintain cleanliness of work area through routine clean-up.
Inspect forklift daily at the beginning of shift; report any issues promptly.
Comply with all health, safety, ISO, and 6S guidelines and procedures.
Support additional operational duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
Operate in a warehouse setting on or around heavy machinery.
Demonstrate TKMNA core employee competencies and work ethic.
📋 Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and write in English
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs. over a distance of 100 feet
Basic math skills
Previous forklift operation experience
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safe work environment
Experience using handheld measuring tools
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and inventory/database software
