Job Summary
Responsible for executing material creation under SLAs, ensuring data quality and document data quality rules for material master domain, while collaborating with business users to keep Material Master Data updated. This role also supports problem resolution and attends audits to give feedback from a quality perspective.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Material creation and updates in SAP for all Business Units, coordinating with business for product launch (special programs) where the priority is higher than normal
- SME involved for new tools assessment / implementation
- Trains new users on how material request must be filled and how to look for reference materials in the system
- Ensures harmonization on material number (avoid duplicate materials in the system)
- Document Data Quality rules and ensure they are applied on the material master creation
- Participate in Quality Audits, gather documentation and evidence as needed
- Define and oversee workflow for material approvals, provide updates to requestors about request statuses
- Responsible for performing mass maintenance per business request and resolve tickets for SAP errors related to material master
- Champion for process improvement for the material master perspective, coordinate with functional areas and IT
- Coordinate External resources to provide support as required

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or a management field or equivalent experience
- ERP SAP experience in MM module
Preferred Requirements
- 5 years in Data Management activities
- 5 years of SAP Experience on Material Master
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate+ Excel skills preferred
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment
