Your responsibilities
- Act as the central marketing interface for the region Europe and Rest of World (RoW), working closely with Sales, Product Management, Brand Marketing, and external partners.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize regional marketing strategies aligned with the global marketing framework.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international markets and channels.
- Adapt global marketing initiatives to regional market requirements while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Support key customer activities, product launches, trade shows, sales promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional sales organizations, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure efficient project management, timely execution, and high-quality delivery across all assigned regions.
- Support customer-facing marketing measures for key accounts and contribute to measurable business impact through regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and key performance indicators on a regular basis.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in international B2B marketing, key account management, or a comparable commercial role.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and international projects in a matrix organization.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- High level of initiative, ownership, and customer orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in budget management and performance measurement.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage. Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in a regional or international environment, is an advantage.
- Experience working with distributors, sales teams, or key customers would be beneficial.
